For reservations by e-mail or telephone, it is necessary to send an inquiry to e-mail: reservation@spahotelsante.com or call +359 359 80 666, providing information on guest name, period of stay, number of nights, number of adults and children ( age), after which you will be provided with a price quote for accommodation by email or phone.The price offer is valid for 24 hours. Sante SPA Hotel reserves the right to change its prices and special offers depending on demand and currently available vacancies.

Requesting an offer does not guarantee the reservation of the room. Upon confirmation of the offer, Sante SPA Hotel should reconfirm the currently available rooms and prices, after which you should receive a confirmation of the reservation to the e-mail you specified. It will describe the number and category of rooms booked, number of guests (adults and children), date of arrival, date of departure, as well as the amount due. Please, after receiving the confirmation, familiarize yourself with the information indicated in it and contact us if it is necessary to make a correction in some of the parameters of the reservation.

Your booking is considered confirmed but still NOT GUARANTEED and you must pay the deposit mentioned in the booking confirmation within 72 hours of receiving the confirmation. Only after receiving the advance amount, the reservation is confirmed and GUARANTEED.

If payment of the reservation is not made within 72 hours of its confirmation, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

Payment for the reservation made by email or phone can be made in the following 3 ways:on site at the hotel in BGN (BGN), in cash or by credit/debit card* for reservations worth up to BGN 9,999.with a credit/debit card* through our virtual POS terminalby bank transfer, indicating your name and reservation number as the basis of payment*The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic or Maestro.

Online bookign

Through the online reservation system on our website, you can make the reservation yourself by entering the mandatory parameters: period of stay, number of adults and select the available room of your choice.You can pay for an online reservation in two ways:Pay through our virtual POS terminal with a credit/debit card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic or Maestro) and get instant confirmation of a successful and GUARANTEED reservation.Payment by bank transfer within 72 hours of making the reservation, and you must pay a deposit in the amount specified in the reservation confirmation. Only after receiving the required amount of the reservation is it considered GUARANTEED. If payment of the reservation is not made within 72 hours of its confirmation, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

All customer wishes indicated in the additional remarks field are not binding, but we will do our best to satisfy them.

Booking on site in the hotelWhen booking a place in the hotel, you need to provide information about the name of the guest, period of stay, number of nights, number of adults and children/age/, after which you will be provided with a price offer for accommodation. Payment for a reservation made on the spot at the hotel can be made in the following 3 ways:on site at the hotel in BGN (BGN), in cash or by credit/debit card* for reservations worth up to BGN 9,999.with a credit/debit card* through our virtual POS terminalby bank transfer, indicating your name and reservation number as the basis of payment*The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic or Maestro.When booking reception and check-in within the next 72 hours, payment must be made on site or upon check-in at the hotel.When paying a deposit for more than one room, it is necessary to indicate the reservation numbers of the remaining rooms, as well as the names of the guests.When requesting the issuance of a company invoice, it is necessary to send the company details in advance before making the payment to email: reservation@spahotelsante.com or provide them on site before making the payment at the hotel.

PricesAll prices announced on the hotel's website are in BGN (BGN) with 9% VAT, tourist tax and insurance included. The total amount payable by the client for the reservation is calculated depending on the number of days, the number of adults and children, the number and category of rooms, as well as the current price offer for the relevant period.

Online paymentsAccepted credit cards for online payments: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic or Maestro.For online reservations, after confirming the reservation and paying through a virtual POS terminal, the BORICA payment page opens. The payment screen is located in BORICA's 3-D Secure environment, ensuring full protection of the data that the customer enters. On this screen, you should enter your card data - card type, number, validity period and CVV2/CVC2 code. For cards requiring additional 3-D authentication where you are enrolled in the Verified by VISA or MasterCard SecureCode authentication schemes, an authentication page of your issuing bank opens where you enter your authentication password.In order to be able to use your debit card for online payments, you need to activate this service and receive your secret code to use in your online payments. You can activate it at any ATM in the BORICA network.

The hotel does not have access to your card details.Upon successful transaction, a transaction note will be displayed on the screen. At the time of online booking, the amount of your reservation will be automatically withdrawn from your card at the end of the online payment process through a virtual POS terminal. After successful payment of the amount, you will receive confirmation, number and parameters of your GUARANTEED reservation.

Payment by bank transfer

Payment for the reservation can be made by bank transfer within 72 hours from the moment of registration of the reservation request, to the following bank accounts in BGN:COMPANY: "MEGAVEL" LTDBANK: "UNICREDIT BULBANK" JSC BIC code: UNCRBGSFBG24UNCR70001524998039All bank fees and transfer costs are for your account.When requesting to pay for a reservation by bank transfer, you must enter your name and reservation number as the basis for payment. After successful payment of the value of the reservation under the offer, you will receive an invoice for the advance payment.

Payment on site at the hotelPayment at the hotel can be made in leva (BGN) in cash or by credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic or Maestro).Payments at the Reception are accepted in BGN (BGN), according to the official BNB finxing 1 euro = BGN 1.95583.Cash payments are accepted for reservations worth up to BGN 9,999. If the value of the reservation is over BGN 10,000, payment must be made by bank transfer or credit card.If you require a company invoice, please provide us with your company details before making payment.

BOOKING CANCELLATIONSIf you wish to cancel your reservation, you can do so at:phone +359 359 80 666email reservation@spahotelsante.comIf you cancel your reservation up to 4 days before the check-in date, no penalty is due. The deposited deposit can be kept for future bookings or returned to the customer's account.In case of cancellations or changes to reservations received 3 days before check-in or in case of no-show, an amount equal to the reservation deposit will be deducted.Refunds for canceled bookings will be made within 15 to 30 working days, depending on how the payment was received.The amount of non-provided services due to shortening of the stay or early departure from the hotel is not refunded.When refunding a paid amount, all costs of the transfer (bank fees and others) are for your account.

MODIFICATIONS OF BOOKINGSChanges to reservations (change of names, change of dates, number of guests, type of room) are accepted free of charge up to 8 days before arrival, subject to availability and valid price conditions at the time of receipt of the change request.Changes to reservations (change of names, change of dates, number of guests, type of room) received from 7 to 3 days before arrival are accepted according to availability and valid price conditions at the time of receipt of the change request, as sums of the advance payment made are not are recovered.

IRREVOCABLE FORCE-FORCE MAJEURE

Sante SPA Hotel reserves the right to cancel a reservation in case of force majeure and other reasons beyond the control of the hotelier. In these cases, the hotelier:- Offers accommodation for another period, while maintaining the same conditions and prices.- Refunds the paid deposit within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of a written request for this from the holder of the reservation, and no penalty is due to the latter.If the guest is unable to travel in case of force majeure circumstances and within 7 days before check-in, he must notify the hotel, providing written evidence of the force majeure reason. In this case, the hotel should provide accommodation for another period.

CHECK-IN

Check-in at the hotel is after 3:00 p.m., and vacating the room on the day of departure is until 12:00 p.m.The use of the parking lot on the day of departure is until 12:00.If you wish, you can extend your stay in the complex after 12:00. For this, it is necessary to make an inquiry a day earlier at the Reception to check the possibility, according to the availability on the day of departure, applying the current rates for the "late check-out" service.The air conditioner in the rooms only works when the balcony door is closed.Smoking is not allowed in the rooms, as well as in all indoor public places.The hotel accepts dogs up to 5 kg. The dog must be vaccinated, dewormed and over 6 months old. The price for a daily stay is BGN 20. You can find the hotel's terms and conditions on the hotel's website.The hotel is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items.В случай на загубена карта за стая или карта се заплаща компенсаторна такса от 20 лв.For security reasons, CCTV cameras are in place in all public areas.The hotel management reserves the right to make changes to the opening hours of all dining and entertainment facilities and establishments.

Your personal data will not be provided to third parties.
